While working at Shift.ms I have developed an innovation framework incorporating the charity’s Theory of Change and Simon Sinek’s ‘Start with why’ exercise.

The model has been designed to work on an organisation-wide, strategic level, but can be drilled down to drive innovation around specific workstreams. It has been adopted widely in the charity, with a set of cards being produced that can be used to host workshops.

My role as Service Designer at Shift.ms involves the development of the charity’s Theory of Change; this innovation framework is a way of applying the theory on a day-to-day basis to drive ideas.
