Shift.ms is the social network for people recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

I’ve been involved with Shift.ms in many capacities. I started as a ‘Creative’, where my major focus was in developing and managing the charity’s identity.

As Service Design Lead, I now work collaboratively, both across the organisation and with people living with MS, to unpick user need, identify opportunities for innovation and lead on service developments.

I manage an internal ‘Impacts’ working group which leads in the development of Shift.ms’ Theory of Change, oversees the charity’s evaluation strategy and monitors impact.

During my time at Shift.ms, the community has grown from 15.5 thousand to over a million.
